Item is located in and ships from the US.Beautiful vintage Nichols and Stone rocking chair made in Gardner, MA. Made of sturdy oak wood it is completely intact. There are some rubs on the chair arms and an occasional light scratch but no deep scratches or stains. Charming creek noise when rocking as a rocking chair should make. Please see details for item measurements.If a return is requested it is up to the buyer to pay return shipping. Item must be returned in the condition it was sent. I use freight shipping and freight shipping must be used to return the item (unless local pickup). This is a vintage piece so there are some imperfections. Buyer understands and accepts this when purchasing.
