We are reluctantly selling our very comfortable couch + armchair set. We are only selling because we need more space in our living room and opted for a smaller couch. Both are in good condition with a tiny dot stain on the armchair (see photo). Dimensions: - Armchair: 37" long x 39" deep x 33" high - Couch: 82" long x 39" deep x 33" high We are selling them for: - Armchair: $75 - Couch: $150 Ideally we'd like to sell both to the same buyer and would discount to $200 for both.
