This Olds Recording trumpet is in almost perfect condition. I noted 3 scratches in the last 3 photos. There are no dents or dings. It has 460 bore according to information on the Trumpet Herald website. The valves work smoothly as do the slides. The lead pipe is excellent, completely shiny. This tells me it is not a re-lacquered instrument. The previous owner(s) took very good of the instrument. Talking with Brad Obbink, Trumpet Repairs , Lincoln, Neb., Brad thinks the later model Olds Recording Trumpets having lightly engraved bells may be an asset. It makes sense that the older models very cool deep engraving may not be an asset to tone production. Thanks for looking. No international shipping. I accept returns. Email me with any questions.
