I may not be able to answer immediately but I will respond as quickly as possible. Make and Model Onkyo M-510 Item Description This listing is for an Onkyo M-501 power amp. This unit has been tested and is working with no known issues. It is in good shape but may show some signs of wear so please see all pictures for details. It comes with the manual but bo other accessories. Shipping and Handling Note to Dropshippers: No this is not a gift and I will not accommodate special requests for shipping addresses that don't match billing addresses. There will be an invoice or a notification that this item was sold from my eBay store in every box. No exceptions. I reserve the right to cancel the order if I suspect you are drop shipping. I ship almost exclusively with UPS and Fedex. I ship all midsized and large electronics with UPS and Fedex only. In my experience they have been far more reliable than USPS when it comes to shipping electronics. I understand this may limit some shipping destinations and I do apologize for that, but my priority will always be getting the item to the customer safely and reliably. I do ship with USPS on occasion but only for smaller items such as speaker parts. If your shipping address is a PO box your order will be canceled unless the designated shipping service was USPS. My handling time can vary between 1-3 days. I am a one-man operation and I work during the days so please understand I am not amazon. Please check the shipping details prior to your purchase for handling time and estimated delivery. Used Electronics Disclaimer & Returns First and foremost, you as the buyer are responsible for understanding the functionality, proper usage, and specifications of the item you are purchasing. Instructions and manuals are often available with a quick google search. I have hundreds of separate listings and cannot be expected to know everything about every unit I sell. You are guaranteed to receive the item as described in the listing. I do not do advanced electrical testing of the internals so I cannot guarantee that everything is up to the same specifications as they would be coming out of the factory. There is an understanding that as electronics age parts such as capacitors may fall out of factory specifications. As stated before, you are guaranteed to get the item as described in the listing, but I cannot offer any long-term warranty as much of my inventory is unrestored vintage electronics that are 20-50 years old. Most items have a 30 Day return policy but please read the description and the listing to ensure this. I don't offer returns on items being sold "as is" or "for parts". All "as is" items are sold without a guarantee and I can't make any assurances on functionality. There may be other issues with "as is" units that are not listed in the description. Buyer pays return shipping, and the item must be returned in its original condition. I absolutely stand behind eBay's policies so please shop with confidence. On most electronics and high-end goods I video record the process of both packing and shipping so that there is concrete evidence that the item I sent is what was listed.
