OriginalHerman Miller EamesChair~The Story: My Uncle Bob was a dentist in Holland, Michigan in the early days & purchased a complete set for his dentist office !!! I mean it was a HUGE lot of Herman Miller chairs ~ I think their were about 15 to 20 of them....some were on long base bars that hold more than 4 or 5 at a time !!! He purchased them directly from the Herman Miller Co. in Zeeland, Michigan !!!"Just a stones throw away from Holland, Michigan" !!! All of his customer's asked about the Herman Miller chairs & if he would be selling them but he never did because the chairs were all in BEAUTIFUL Condition & made his office colorful w/ all the different colors !!!Customer's were still offering to buy them even when he was drilling & pulling there teeth !!! ~ ;0) About 5 years ago he finally wanted to remodeled his dentist office & gave me all of them to sell for him....so I sold all of them on eBay & they sold like HOT Cakes !!!"Just a little note that he was going to give them all away for $100 because he never realized that these were so highly collectible !!! He kept 3 chairs for himself & his office receptionist !!!So now he wants me to sell them for him because he is going to retire soon !!!This one was his office receptionist chair & will be selling the other two in the near future....so look for my eBay auctions on the other two soon !!!Original Herman Miller label on bottom of chair w/ Date of Delivery May 11 1971 !!!Herman Miller logo too !!!~Condition:Beautiful Condition w/ hardly a flaw on it ~ just a very very very little scuff on main seat w/ light scratch on back !!!Scratch on seat is highly zoomed & shows more but really can't see ~ just in the right light !!!Scratch on back shows a little more but that's the way it shows !!!
