Parasound C/DC-1500 CD Carousel Player - Clean & TestedHere is a very nice 17 inch version of the Parasound C/DC Compact Disc ChangerThe cover was removed and the entire carousel tray cleaned along with general inside of the chassis!I have been running the unit for several days without any problems which means:Tray opens and closes smoothlyLoads, Plays and Advances Discs automaticallyAnalog and Digital Outputs produce clean soundAll front panel buttons function properlyNo missing segments in displayHolds five compact discs, the two front exposed positions can be changed without interrupting the current disc being played.Front Panel ControlsOpen/Close - Play ? Pause ? Track Skip ? Disc Skip ? Search - StopDisplay shows the disc number and track being played, plus time elapsed on current track, plus the total number of tracks left to playSports a hand-trimmed 1 bit/18 bit ladder DAC with 8X over sampling at a rate of 352.8 kHz, 8 x 44.1 kHzAlso equipped with a 75 ohm coaxial connection for your external D-A converter such as the Musical Fidelity VDACWhile capable of accepting the Advanced Digital Adapter Module with a fiber optic connection, this optional upgrade is not currently installed.If you are able to find the Parasound R-4 remote to go with this unit, the C/DC can be programmed to play up to 32 specific tracks.
