PFAFF 1229 SEWS GREAT - READ BELOW... I know very little about this - it is an estate sale findI plugged it in and it sews GREAT ( i did 8 layers denim) It Has the Top Dual feed walk foot that works great..BUT.. Here are the problems i spotted:( none of them affect Performance)a) Bobbin door has broken hinge - (they put a piece of some white vinyl as hinge) b) Due to above - the Empty bobbin light does not workc) Auto Needle up / down does not work (needle stops wherever it is when you release foot pedal )d) Due to above - when you wind Bobbin - the needle keeps running up & down Due to These details i am starting this cheap with no reserve best bid takes itPLEASE ASK ANY.. questions before Bidding...
