Buy with confidence from a piano tuner-technician that has gone through the piano from top to bottom. IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT PIANOS OR CRAIGSLIST OR OTHER CALL ME!!! My advice costs you nothing. I only charge to go and examine the piano we narrow down to. Send me pictures (pics of the inside if possible) and I can eliminate those pianos that are sub-quality, that don't meet the minimum requirements for student study or performance. There are thousands of moving parts inside a piano. Unless you know what to look for regarding condition etc inside, it may or may not be a good buy. Before you buy; CALL ME FIRST! I have over 40 years experience in piano sales, service and rebuilding. I do not charge to give advice. Once we narrow down the various pianos you have considered I charge $65.00 to go evaluate it. Any repairs and adjustments that need to be done (almost 90% do), I reduce the bill by $65.00...so you don't waste money looking at duds. If I don't have a piano that is acceptable to you, I will help you locate one. All pianos are NOT equal....some are made for high performance, others for casual use.
