My boy grew out of these. I simply bought a brand-new battery and charger, only one. They work fantastic, you can test them both. You can get another battery online for cheapz. There is a website devoted to aftermarket parts for Power Wheels stuff and how to mod them, stuff like that. They are a matte black although they look shiny and purple in the pictures. (I repainted them and will certainly include touch up paint) I just desire them to proceed, they are collecting dust on my porch. Make an offer.
