Olympic pulling blocks "DC blocks" by Derrick Crass. Formed lifting blocks that are essentially indestructible, tight-fitting, and ultra-adjustable, as each block is 2" tall. Use for crossfit or olympic lifting, likewise fantastic for making use of as a plyo box or box squat box, or deadlifting from above the feet or at a deficit. More strong than wood blocks. More resilient than wooden blocks. Much easier to move than wooden blocks. This set is 18 blocks, so can serve from 2" to 18" high for barbell work (two stacks), or approximately 36" for plyo or other one-stack work. A set of 18 blocks is about $830 new from dctrainingconcepts ($630 plus nearly $200 for shipping). The stock picture shows 18 blocks in use.
