Rod is preowned and was a estate find. It appears the previous or original owner decided to paint the tip of the rod white. I scrubbed it with soap and water and got some of it off. Maybe paint remover would get the rest but not sure if that would remove original paint from the rod. Cork handle in decent shape. Rod has obviously been used. Still in useable shape. 7' Spinning rod.Please message me with any questions before bidding. And Please do not bid if you do not plan on paying. Way to many unpaid items lately.
