RARE VINTAGE VIOLETTA KOCH CURVED TREMOLO HARMONICA in BOX MADE in GERMANY RARE VINTAGE VIOLETTA KOCH CURVED TREMOLO HARMONICA in BOX MADE in GERMANY This Rare Pre-War Vintage Curved Violetta Koch Tremolo Harmonica was made in Germany sometime in the 1930’s I was told and the illustration on the box would suggest that as well, but there are no dates marked, nor is the key the harmonica is tuned to. It is 4 1/2” long by 1 1/8” wide, and the box is 4 7/8” by 1 3/4”. There are 2 rows of 14 holes or 28 reeds on black stained wood with etched metal curved outer plates that are attached on the sides with tiny screws. There is a stain on the front bottom edge of the box but otherwise the harmonica is in very good condition, it does not look like it was played with very much if at all.
