FOR PARTS sold AS-IS: Contax TVS point & shoot camera. This camera has an issue popping out the lens and turning “on” — when the lens pops out and you look through the viewfinder, it still reads as OFF. Shutter won’t activate in addition since the camera is shorting in some kind of way. This could be an easy fix, but called local shops to see if they could service and they don’t take in Contax cameras. I’m not an under-the-hood camera fixer myself either, so I’m going to sell it for parts. Maybe someone more handy can fix this easy and strike a sweet deal on the cheap, but reminder this is being sold AS-IS for faulty tech somewhere inside the camera. Using other prices I’ve gathered by searching on the internet as a guideline for this listing, I’m taking the lower average for the resale of this item. $199/OBO, so make me an offer!
