We were going to remodel the apt and lease it for the golf US OPEN. We went ahead and brought all brand-new furniture to provide it with. Due to my health we did not get the apt remodeled in time for the OPEN. Now that we are prepared to remodel, the furniture is in the means. We have actually chosen to lease the apt unfurnished.
