Difficult to discover ... Vintage SET of Four Fire King Swiss Chalet (Swiss Alpine) milk glass baking dishes (2) & blending bowls (2) in MINT CONDITION! There are no fractures, chips, or crazing. Simply reduced to $59 total amount for all four. + + + PLEASE INCLUDE the words "Grandma's Dishes" so I understand you're not spam. I will not react to e-mails that do not consist of the words "Grandma's Dishes". + + +. The mid-century pattern is from the 1950s and it was ceased in 1960. The pattern showcases green and blue evergreen in rows with blue (aqua or blue-green) flowers in the center on white glass. The pattern is included both on the front and the back of each dish. Included in the set are the following:.One 8-inch square baking dish (measures 10 in throughout consisting of deals with & 21/2 in deep).One 8-inch round baking dish (measures 91/2 in in size including handles & 3 in deep).One 7-inch mixing bowl (measures 81/2 in in diameter including handles & 4 inches deep).One 6-inch blending bowl (measures 7 inches in size consisting of the deals with & 4 in deep). These are likewise referred to as Marcrest milk glass Baking Dish or Anchor Hocking and match tableware made by Stetson Marcrest. Fire King, had by the Anchor Hocking company, put out lots of milk glass dishes. Some are extremely much like vintage Pyrex, however there are subtle distinctions in shape and design. The Swiss Chalet (occasionally called Swiss Alpine) is one of our favorite Fire King patterns. Sold as is.
