Found at an estate sale near Syracuse Indiana.. As an artist myself, I can confirm that it is original and not printed on the back of a glass pane. It is signed Dinder '77. The dog in my opinion is a Peekapo (Pekingese/Poodle) mostly brown. I am not familiar with the artist, nor have I been able to find another example.
