I am moving to Boston in December and I would love to find someone to take my place. The apartment is located on N Albany Ave near the Albany & Fullerton intersection, right around the corner from the public library and Dill Pickle Food Co-Op. Rent is $840 a month + utilities (~$100 total for internet, gas, and electric). If you have a car there is street parking and we are a short walk to both the Logan Square and California blue line stops. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, small study, and kitchen. There is also ample storage in the basement, a very small backyard, and on-site laundry. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything but your bedroom will be fully furnished. Here is a bit about your roommate: I am a 26 y/o Female and my dog, Harvey is 4 y/o. He is sweet and doesn't shed. I would prefer to not live with other dogs or cats. I work at a nonprofit in the Loop during the week and like to occasionally host friends for dinner and drinks on the weekends. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is clean, keeps the common areas well organized, and respectful with noise. I would prefer a female roommate.
