It currently has a spool of gray thread installed and also on the bobbin. All you need to do is put material on it and start sewing. This is a great starter machine for a young person or a retiree looking to start sewing again. All the features of this machine can be found online. Included is a foot pedal and the original CD instructional manual. A case is NOT included. Also, a accessory case with needles and bobbins. As always free shipping.
