Howdy! I will be graduating in December and need someone to take over my lease in the spring. It is a 3 bed 3 bath town home at The Barracks with a grass backyard. The rate is usually $635 but I'm offering it for $600/month (price negotiable). Utilities is paid separately and will be handled by simple bills. In rent you also become a member of The Cove. The living room will be furnished and I will also include a mattress frame, with a mattress and mattress topper as well as a dresser. The location is close to the bus stop, the new pool The Cove, as well as the wakeboard park and new clubhouse. My roommates are seniors and have pets which I will include pictures of.
