One stand is for the screen the other is for the printer. Like brand-new condition. High quality, really well made. Bonded steel construction. Measurements are ... display stand = 18.5"W X 12"D X 5.5"T, printer stand = 23.5"W X 14"D X 5.5"T. I purchased these at Staples for about $35 each. I'll offer them for $25 for both or $15 each. Utilized the screen stand to raise the TV up to eye level and to be able to slide the keyboard out of the way underneath. Worked very well, not the least "shaky". The printer stand raised the printer up for paper storage beneath. The stand quickly held the weight of the printer. The screen stand even has the initial box that it came in.
