This is a good, somewhat rare and sought after playhouse. Thesewere offered a few years ago by Sams and Costco shops for $1600 - $1900 depending upon market. We purchased this one at Sams in Marion IL 6 or 7 years ago. Both ladies are now declaring they are too old for playhouses, so it is time to part with it. It is in rather good condition, just needs a good cleaning and it will be all set to delight your kids or grandkids. This is a huge item, which will certainly require a minimum of some disassembly to move. It is approximately 10 x 11 by 7.5 tall. I don't believe they make these any longer, however I did find an online liquidator that is still selling them brand-new.
