Immaculate trek 970!! Used and sold as is no returns. Please inspect pictures and ask questions. Tange ox comp triple butted steel tubing. Beautiful mettalic silver paint with purple lettering and tid bits. Mostly xt m737 except for shifters amd canti brakes. Bikes been sitting a long time. I would suggest going through it with pads,cables/housings. The shifters may still work with a flush but currently not going through all the gears. Honestly I'd put some xt thumbies on anyway with some wider bars. Even though these are very light Orianal bars. It's 1 1/8 threadless headset so am f80 or similar would be nice uf you don't want rigid. There's over an inch of clearance if you wanna size up w gravel 650bs as well w some canti adjusting.Paint,decals,grips, seat are all original. This is a very very well taken care of classic bike,with mostly light path/pavement miles. Amd not many of them. With a couple hours of cleaning and polishing up some metal bits this is almost musem quality for a collector. Both front and rear hubs are smooth,rims are tru within 1mm and I did not touch them.they likely have never been trued.headset and bb both feel smooth as well. Toptube is 21 1/4 in c-cSeatube 16 1/2 c-t & 14 7/8 in c-c Auction and shipping are for contiguous United States of America only. Will be properly packed amd shipped in a bike box through bicycle flights. I will not shop to a military base or business .
