There is some platting wear on the inner slides, rough spots were buffed. See pictures in listing.Warning! Slide action is very fast! Don't forget to use your slide lock kids! Rotor has smooth action as well.Great trombone as a first time F-trigger trombone or a brass doubler. It's medium size bore of .522" is very similar in size to the Bach Strad 36 trombone that has a .525" bore, sshhh....don't tell anyone but if you need a bone that's similar to a Bach 36 but a lot less (and not a cheap I.S.O. (Instrument Shaped Object)) but still quality in build and sound this might be the ticket for you or your trombone friend. As mentioned above it's been serviced so you can play it right out of the case unlike other "used" instruments up for sale in the pre-owned marketplace. Great horn for brass doublers too needing an affordable trigger trombone for the occasional job that calls for it.
