Moving Sale!!. This is NOT the regular static mount you get for your tv. Very good Quality Mount to bring down the tv from above fireplace to eye level, then you can move back the tv above fireplace. You can turn the TV around to make it watchable from any place in the room or from kitchen. Very functional, very sturdy and smooth easy movement!!. Very easy installation, You just have to drill 3 screws in the wood. We installed it ourselves, got some cheap electric drill and installed it in less than 30 minutes, Also removal was very easy too. These sell for 300$ new including taxes.
