This is a futon that is in great condition! It has been utilized in my little workplace for about a year. Has been moved a couple times and regrettably in a step the front little stabilizer bar snapped off. I kept a box under it that kept it from tipping forward when you lean forward and it was great. If you or someone you understand can duct or weld tape or whatever, I still have the bar as well. The padding is SUPER comfy to sleep and sit on! Extremely clean, smoke-free environment. I do not have room for it in my brand-new workplace so here it is. Asking only $60 or finest offer. Thanks! Call/text. Jay.
