I've had this doll-house given that 1995. It's made by G.E.L dollhouses and is 3/8" cabinet grade birch plywood. It made use of to be much grander in scale with 2 additions and a tower. Due to space restrictions I stripped it down with the intention of redoing it but never got to it.One side has a paper covering that simply has to be steamed off and lightly sanded and can be repainted. See picture. The hole in the roof can be filled in or you can utilize the tower. The shingles need to be done as the current surface has actually sustained damage from moving and storage.I have the bay window that has to be re glued as it split up when I drew it off. I also have the second story porch base, a bunch of hand repainted porch spindles. And I vowed I had the windows for it, however I'll need to aim to see. So, you'll get any incentive and the residence products I can dig up.Your home is tape - wired for electric and keyed inside.This is an excellent home that I dislike to discard. Possibly somebody out there would such as a job. Winter will be here before we understand it! Lol.I 'd such as to get something for it so I can contribute to an animal shelter rather than put this out for the trash. My mama and I invested a great deal of time and money in this although it no longer shows.:-( I 'd love to find it a new home.
