. Fairbanks counter top platform scale in great untouched aged condition. A few of the original paint stays and a lovely greenish patina on the brass weight beam. Actual size, base 211/2 in x 121/2 in, platform 15 in x 12 in, and general height is 261/2 in. Fairbanks scales were made in Vermont. Company was started in 1830 by 2 Fairbanks siblings. No date discovered however the number 8045 is cast into all-time low of the ideal side scale beam tower.
