Very nice. Needs cleaned and polished. Comes with scuffs, scratches and surface wear. Please see pictures and you be the judge on details and conditions. Some of the bolts in the back of the base will need to be replaced where the top green cone sits on top- see pictures. This is a local pick up only. I do work with a few shipping companies that I can give you there information and you would have to deal with them.
