Hey there, I have a vintage General Electric Solid State turntable from I think from late 60's very early 70's. It is in exceptional condition. This is among my preferred product possessions and I hate to part with it, but I am moving and it's time to let it go to it's next home. This is developed strong, determines about 21/2 feet wide by 11/2 tall. Basically developed into a stunning wood cabinet that can be closed open or closed when not in use. It weighs about 70 lbs, like I said, developed strong. They don't make things like this anymore ... The speakers are built into the doors and are loud! Both doors (speakers) slide on and off for much easier moving and close tight with magnets. The turntable itself folds down and all the electric still works best. You turn the on switch and it automatically raises and begins playing the record. It likewise immediately resets at the end of the record and plays once again. It plays 78, 45, 33, and 16's. It has AM/FM, in addition to controls for bass, volume, balance and treble. It's really loud. The plug and cord are in excellent condition, nothing showing, still all intact ... I also believe there is a means to load several cds although I have not attempted it. I have tried discovering other ones on the web with not much luck. I did find one in the past on ebay that had not been working, offering for $700. This one works like an appeal. There is a little fixed while turning the volume, which doesn't impact anything besides the moment when your adjusting, you can hear it. Could need to be cleaned under knob. Haven't bothered since it actually doesn't bother much. I enjoy this thing a lot and I would enjoy to see it go to a good home with somebody that enjoys to hear records. It's got remarkable sound and it looks outstanding whether open or closed. Email me or text me with concerns. Asking $500 as I feel this is absolutely worth it. Thanks,.
