Description:
This is a beautiful Hurricane design lamp with a strong wooden base with initial oil light "stovepipe" insert. The insert is hand blown glass and has a couple of imperfections on the leading which could have belonged to the manufacturing process. There is a hairline fracture on the bottom which was repaired but that is hidden inside the base and can not been seen while displayed. Because of being so delicate, the insert is very difficult to find. The outer glass is in perfection condition along with the base. This is a mid-century piece approximated to be 1940's. The glass is extremely vulnerable and can not be shipped. Local choice up just in Vermilion, Oh.Asking $50 OBO (cash).
