This vintage set of metal school desk legs is a great addition to any furniture collection. The legs are adjustable, measuring approximately 16" - 22" in height, and are made of painted metal. They were originally produced and are authentic pieces. The legs are suitable for use any top 20" in width or larger. The legs have a charming, rustic look due to their age and wear. They are sold as salvage pieces and will make a unique addition to any desk or furniture project. They currently are sitting at approximately 20 in and can move an additional 2 in to 22 in. You can also move them down to approximately 16 in in height. It's approximately 20 in across from side to side, each leg is marked l or r for left or right. These are metal they are not cast iron. They were previously green and now have a lot of rust and paint wear as seen. There is no physical damage to them as in cracks or repairs and it does come with the original bolts that will affix the top to a flat piece of your desire. The bolts on the side will probably need WD-40 if you would like to take the reinforced bar out. These legs do not usually come with that bar so this is a great piece to have for extra stability. I have two matching sets of these in the same condition with the rust and paint wear just in different areas but exactly the same. The top arms measure as follow at the widest point they are 7 in apart at the thinnest point they are 5.25 in apart and they are approximately three and a half inches long with three pre-drilled holes on either side. The feet have three pre-drilled holes on each foot and measure approximately 12 in wide as well. If you have any questions please ask.
