The TV does not come with a remote, and is only the TV with cord. The TV does power on, but the button to turn it on is very finicky. None of the other buttons on the TV work, so it being sold as is. The volume and channels might work if it had a remote to work with it, but I am not sure if it will cause it to work. The AV and RF outlet have not been tested either. The TV has a good amount of wear on it, as seen in the photos. I can answer any questions or provide any additional images if requested. I do combined shipping with multiple items, if multiple items are purchased a partial refund of the extra shipping costs will be reversed.
