I found this retro/vintage/old vacuum in my grandparents home. I'm uncertain what year it is from, however I'm thinking its from the 1960's. It is a Royal Prince Model 501 revolving head, handheld vacuum. It is not in excellent condition, due to the fact that it was utilized for many years, but it is in one piece (totally undamaged). The bag is in excellent condition, and the cord is not broken or worn away at all. The bag pumps up and it works when you turn it on. The only thing wrong with it is the revolving brush. It has a rubber element that has actually broken down from time, which need to be simple to replace (I discovered a belt replacement online for $2). The brush does not spin well, however I have to think of that can also be dealt with. Its not rusty or busted, I think it just requires some WD-40 to obtain it spinning. I found the precise vacuum on eBay for $90 (but that one works), so I think $20 is a reasonable cost. I want to negotiate.
