This stunning ring can be seen in the book, "Collecting Costume Jewelry 303", by Julia Carroll on page 323. This book has several pages of images from old Whiting and Davis catalogs which are fun to look at if you like Whiting and Davis. According to this book, this ring is from the "Colored Stone Collection" and dates to 1976-1977. The metal is gold- tone. The stone is white with a repainted pink and green rose on top. The surround is ornately decorated with laurel leaves. The hallmark appears inside the band. I might not picture it due to its placement.Condition: Excellent vintage.Measurements: Adjustable. Decorative section: 1" long and 3/4" broad.
