This instrument is in pretty good condition with signs of small scratches from usage over the years. It has scratches on the front in the very center near strings and back of the body has some of the shine worn off. It also shows small signs of bumping it off things along the sides, back and bottom of the instrument. The body measures 14 1/8 inches the entire instrument is 23 1/2 . As you can see in the pictures it’s a two piece body and Offenbach is inscribed at the bottom of the neck. The tuning keys have small pieces of mother of pearl covering the screws. The string bridges have been removed but are included both are still in great shape. Even though the instrument shows many signs of age, many strad copy violins handcrafted in Germany produce a higher quality sound unlike factory made models. Strad copies are perfect options for any player who is looking for an upgrade. Comes equipped in a hard shell case as well as a bow. The bow has lost most of its strings. There are replacement strings included in the case for the violin strings the bow will need some work!! I am not a professional violinist by any means so I apologize if any thing is incorrect.
