This has been a well utilized and played with wooden doll, this was my bros and dad needed to reglue the legs. It has actually been up in the attic for over 50 years jam-packed and moved all that time. Time to let it go. This is approx from 1966 or 67 I'm guessing. The arms do rotate and this is all initial paint, which is flaking off.
