Kenmore Front Load High Efficiency (HE) washer, 3.1 cubic feet. New boot seal and door latch in the previous 6 months. Little fracture on the soap dispenser tray and will certainly drip just a little from the tray. Other than that, it works extremely well, no other problems are understood. We upgraded to a much bigger washer due to increase laundry. Kenmore Electric clothes dryer, 5.2 cubic feet. New mother board set up a year ago (due to power surge), cleaned out lint venting in clothes dryer a year back too. Functions effectively, no known issues. The clothes dryer exhaust vent is in the center of the dryer. These can be stackable or put side by side, rate includes the insert to stack the systems (clothes dryer goes on top).
