This is an original Winchendon Company (Paul McCobb) Blonde birchwood drop leaf table from the mid -1950's. and were popular. Original owner. this Winchendon company "contemporary" table has actually been in demand for exhibit at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan in the past. It is an unique part of American furniture history. Company lable and Production number 1524 are stamped below. It is most likely a "Danish modern variation". It is in terrific condition without any imperfections, divides in wood or broken pieces. The pictures will certainly show it in unrefinished condition. The legs are intact and are round in shape.
