I just went up from VA to a small apartment in MA (Taunton, near the Taunton Green), and I have no space for this thing. Well, I do have room for it, however then I have no space for a bed and I have to rest on the floor (see the lot of blankets and work in the images). I require to sell this and purchase an utilized futon or something. It's really cushy. Great for laying/sitting back and playing computer games in or enjoying a movie. From a non-smoking family. No spills on it. I do have a cat, though, however it's not covered in her hair. The back upper corner of the lounge is a little used through. Also, it's not that heavy, just bulky. I'm just 170 lbs., very skinny, and I'm ABLE to raise it over my head, but not easily and not up and down stairs. I can assist you bring it down the flight of stairs right here in the house, but you'll require a pickup truck or something and someone at your location to assist you dump it. Also, you have to be cool enough to manage the leopard print. The red Dixie cup on the lounge is not included. It's just in the photo for scale because I do not have any ruler or determining tape. $60 or finest offer. I'm not desperate right now to sell it, however, so keep that in mind.
